Information persuant to section 13 of the Law decree 196 of 30th June 2003

According to section 13 of the Law decree 196 of 30th June 2003, the handling of personal and delicate information, is performed for editorial ends and for the forwarding of informative material concerning Dimar S.P.A., as well as to inform, promote and publicise, by e-mail as well, products and services. Handling will be dealt with at the premises at via W. Masetti, 7 - 40012 Calderara di Reno, Bologna, Italy, with computerised means, in the necessary manners and limits in order to perform the said purpose.

The information can also be transmitted by telephone to Dimar S.P.A., Via G. Galilei, 6 41036 Medolla (MO) Italy, as well as to those responsible for the forwarding of communications.
The information can be made known to the employees and collaborators of the holder in their capacity as responsible or designate of the handling.
The contribution of the said information is optional, but their lack would not allow passing on information concerning the holder's initiatives.

The rights indicated in section 7 of the said Privacy Policy shall be recognised to those concerned, and in particular, the right to access their personal data, to requests the amendment, the updating and the cancellation, if incomplete, false or gathered in violation of the law, as well as to object to their handling for legitimate reasons, directing the request to Dimar S.P.A., Via G.
